The 14th Dinkins Forum on the topic of the Crisis in State Budgets will be held on Monday, April 11.  U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will deliver the keynote address.

This year’s program will focus on the challenges facing the leadership of the nation’s state and local governments, businesses and organized labor in the current fiscal climate, and will consist of opening remarks by Dean John H. Coatsworth and Professor David N. Dinkins, the keynote address, and panel discussions moderated by SIPA Professors Ester Fuchs and Dorian Warren.
