Applications are invited for a renewable term Lecturer in Discipline position to teach economics courses during academic year 2008-09 at Columbia University’s graduate School of International and Public Affairs. Preference will be given to candidates experienced teaching both microeconomics and macroeconomics to graduate-level policy students. The teaching load is 6 courses per year; reductions are possible depending on class size.

All applications should include curriculum vitae, names and addresses of three or more referees, a brief description of teaching experience and copies of teaching evaluations. Experience teaching microeconomics and macroeconomics at graduate-level policy schools is very strongly preferred. Ph.D. is required.

The deadline for submitting an application will be one month from the date of posting.
