Civic engagement and youth participation are key for the success of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda in Kosovo, where half of the population is below 25 years-old. Designed with a human-centered approach, this research proposes alternatives to build an enabling environment to strengthen youth-led initiatives and mainstream the monitoring of SDG’s among them. The recommendations are based on the identification of online and offline opportunities for civil society organizations (CSOs) to improve outreach to mobilize young citizens; and develop coordination mechanisms with other CSOs, the private sector and government.
