Adam Quinton is a Capstone workshop advisor and faculty member of the Management and Gender and Public Policy programs at SIPA. He serves as the Faculty Advisor to the SIPA Women in Leadership student group.

Quinton is a North American Jury member for the Cartier Women's Initiative Awards and has served as a mentor for the 92Y Women in Power program in New York City since its inception.

He is the Founder/CEO of Lucas Point Ventures and advises several early stage companies as well as several groups supporting startups with diverse found teams across the US .

In the not for profit space Quinton is a Board member at International House New York and a member of their Executive Committee. He sits on the Advisory Council for the House's Women in International Leadership program.

Quinton holds a BA and MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cass Business School, London.
