Christopher Booker is a video journalist with the Financial Times in New York City - generally covering the twists, turns and convergence of US politics and the economy. Functioning as a one-man production unit, his work aims to give voice to the economy and analyze the nuances of a post-Lehman America. Outside of the FT, he films & produces short form documentaries for the United Nations.
He spent his early professional days as a video & multimedia journalist for the Chicago Tribune and an adjunct professor at Northwestern's Medill School of Journalism. In 2009, he left the Tribune to join Medill's campus in Doha, Qatar.
He lives in Jersey City with his wife and daughter.
