Dean’s Public Policy Challenge Grant

The Dean’s Public Policy Challenge Grant, launched in April 2014, is a competition among students to develop innovative projects that use digital technology and data to improve the global urban environment.

After initial and semifinal rounds, five finalists are selected to refine their proposals with guidance from SIPA faculty, alumni, and friends.

SIPA announced the winning teams of the first two rounds of the competition in Spring 2015. Winners of each round received a combined $50,000 in prizes.

A third round of competition will begin in September 2015 and will continue until April.
