Classroom reservation requests require five days' notice.
University Event Management coordinates event space in Lerner Hall, Low Library, Faculty House and outdoor grounds. To plan an event with University Event Management, explore their spaces and then submit your request here.
The Kellogg Center is to be used for events relating to academic or professional topics. Social events, unless school sponsored, can be held in the 6th floor student lounge or Lerner Hall.
You will need to know approximately how large an audience you expect, time and date of event whether you will serve food and/or alcohol.
Once a room request is received, Micaela Lee Ordahl will verify your funding with the SIPA Business Office prior to issuing a reservation confirmation.
Note: AV request must be made two business days advance. Please note that AV support is only available as follows:
Monday–Thursday, 9:15 am – 8:00 pm
Friday, 9:15 am – 6:30 pm
Saturday, 12:30 am – 4:30 pm
