The Office of Information Technology at SIPA is the primary source of all IT related support for SIPA staff, faculty and students. SIPA IT provided services supplement services provided by CUIT. SIPA IT maintains a Local Area Network to support administrative and curricular needs at the school. Remote access is available through the mySIPA Citrix portal. The Client Services team is responsible for configuring and setting up systems, installing software and troubleshooting problems. Student laptop support is also managed by Client Services in 510B IAB. Access to the network is managed by the network team. Network IDs are issued to student based on the data received from their program coordinators. Faculty IDs are requested by the department administrator and staff IDs are requested by SIPA HR. SIPA IT services and access to network resources are subject to SIPA IT and CUIT policies.

SIPA AV supports audio-visual services in the International Affairs building. The team supports all SIPA electronic classrooms (eRooms) and events in the Kellogg Conference Center. Services for the event space include Livestreaming, Facebook Live, video recording and post-production work.
