AV Services

Audiovisual support is available to SIPA students, faculty, and administration in the SIPA electronic classrooms (e-rooms), self-service rooms and non-erooms. Audiovisual support can be requested for events by non-SIPA users for a fee. Video conferencing is available with prior arrangements for SIPA users only.

Users must request training for regular use of the equipment in a SIPA e-room. All reservations must be made at least two business days in advance for AV support. Once SIPA AV has received a request and scheduled the job, a confirmation is sent to the requestor. For training and access to ePodiums/Smart Carts in the erooms, request must be submitted prior to the use of the equipment.
